Work

The human side of AI transformation.

Download résumé (PDF)

I'm an enterprise client partner who's spent more than two decades turning big, complicated technology bets into outcomes that actually land. My work lives at the intersection of client partnership, business development, and delivery — building the C-suite trust and operating discipline that decide whether ambition becomes results. Lately I've focused that on AI: not the models, but the adoption, workflow redesign, and organizational readiness that determine whether the investment pays off. I don't theorize about it from the sidelines — I build with these tools every day, at hours I'd rather not put in writing.

Experience

AUG 2023 – PRESENT
Mphasis Ltd. — AVP, Client Partner
Scaled the T-Mobile account from $3M to $70M annual run rate in 18 months, positioning Mphasis as a top strategic partner.
Conceived and authored a Human-Centered AI Transformation practice — a three-phase methodology (discovery & readiness, operating-model design, embedded enablement) connected by a measurement spine that tracks behavioral change against a baseline, not tool-deployment activity.
Built a research-backed internal case (MIT, Accenture, WEF, Gartner) to make the practice the human layer of the firm's enterprise AI platform.
Framed AI governance as a trust-design problem rather than a compliance checklist — earning confidence from employees, customers, and leadership as a precondition for adoption.
